Total Sanctuary Fees for Members: $275.00- This fee is for the director and the custodian. If you use our organist, add $200. It is customary for any fee to the minister be paid through the Best Man on behalf of the groom and his family, as they wish; therefore no specific fee is set. If the fellowship hall is used for your reception, the fee is $50 for the custodian.
Total Chapel Fees for Members: Minister-
Total Sanctuary Fees for Non-Members: $975.00- This fee is for the use of the sanctuary, director, custodian, and minister. If you use our organist, add $200. If the fellowship hall is used for your reception, the fee is $300 for the hall and the custodian.
Total Chapel Fees for Non-Members: $425.00- This fee is for the director, the minister and the custodian.A $50.00 non-refundable fee is to be paid at the time the wedding date is fixed on the church calendar. Make check payable to Bethesda Presbyterian Church. The balance is to be paid in full within 30 days of the time that the wedding is set. Fees are refunded (less $50.00 initial fee) if plans are cancelled.
The wedding party must use Bethesda's church coordinator, and if one of Bethesda's ministers and organist is not to be used, then permission must be given by the Session of the church. Additional personnel requested by the bride can be discussed with the Bethesda minister or wedding cooordinator.
The Ladies Parlor on the office floor of the Administration Building may be used for dressing. Please leave the room neat and clean and furniture restored to its original position.
