Wedding Coordinator

The Wedding Coordinator will assist you with all of your planning details. There are many unique considerations concerning a wedding ceremony and thoughtful planning is a necessity. The wedding couple is required to use Bethesda's coordinator and said coordinator will be the final authority, even if the wedding party brings their own additional coordinator. The Wedding Coordinator will attend the rehearsal and the wedding to assist the minister and to instruct the wedding party as to proper procedure. The Coordinator is an official representative of the church and is experienced in directing weddings. The Wedding Coordinator should be contacted by the engaged couple when the wedding date is placed on the church calendar. The Coordinator will then arrange two meetings with the couple to discuss and confirm all details pertaining to the wedding. The Coordinator will arrive one hour before the wedding to unlock the building and assist the wedding party.
